About Me

I came across Yoga Trapeze after hurting my back at work. I was fortunate enough to have a yoga teacher who gave me guidance to cure my injury and also give me a whole new meaning to the world of yoga.

After many months of using the Yoga trapeze, I developed passion for practicing and wanted to deepen my knowledge, so enrolled onto a teacher training course. Teaching has always been a part of my life, from a young age I would assist my dance teacher with her dance school and was inspired to start my own mini dance school.

​

After I had a family, I wanted to share my new love of the yoga trapeze and help others who may benefit from the different variations of moves. After 5 years of teaching Yoga Trapeze, I decided to broaden my skill set and train to teach Bungee fit, this is such fun workout, you will enjoy the thrill of flying, it's only when you stop you realise it's a workout.

During the last few years I have developed my knowledge of a Pilates, have recently combined the elements, along with Yoga and Ballet into a great overall body workout, which I call Barre

​

My latest training will learning the science of sports and physio therapy, enabling me to offer sports massage 2024 to my clients.

​

During my teaching I have been fortunate to meet some wonderful people in our home town of Lymington, being in small town allows you to meet new people , share ,learn from our individual journeys and also making time to make sure everyone is ok. 

​

When I'm not teaching I enjoy cycling through the new forest, paddle boarding down the river or spending quality time with my family exploring the local beaches.

All of my classes are suitable for any age and fitness depending on pre-checks.
