A ballet-inspired exercise to music class incorporating elements of yoga & pilates, Pose Barre draws on the techniques of ballet to sculpt lean muscle and increase balance & improve flexibility. No previous ballet experience is necessary. Grab a couple of small hand weights, a pilates ball & you are ready to join us!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy. Booked sessions can be rescheduled without penalty providing a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice is given. If less than 24 hours, then the session will not be refundable or transferrable.
